Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes will be playing at the historic Wellmont Theater in Montclair, NJ the day after Thanksgiving (11/25/16). The night is billed as "The Concert for Brendan", in memory of Brendan Tevlin who was tragically killed in 2014. This is the third "Concert for Brendan" and second time Southside is headlining. Tickets are available at GVEL.brownpapertickets.com. It will be another great show.

I bring very sad news from the UK. John Crossland, better known as Bradford John, died suddenly earlier this week.

John was a devoted SSJ fan and was a familiar sight with his camera at Jukes gigs throughout the north of England. Particularly memorable were the photographs he took of 14 year old Chris introducing the band at Holmfirth. He was at Holmfirth in April for the Jukes' most recent visit to the UK and was in his usual good humour. It is such a shock to learn that he we will no longer see him at Holmfirth and elsewhere.

Our thoughts are with his wife Jackie and the rest of his family. RIP Bradford John.

Not sure if there are any " Blue Bloods " ( TV Show ) Fans on here but on Fridays episode, Frank was dealing with some high roller and he was having a bash in the Hamptons that he wanted Frank to attend, he was kind of begging at this point and his ace in the hole was " Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes " are playing it, Frank agreed at this point, I got a big kick out of it... :)

Another great show from Johnny & the boys spurred on by Billy Walnuts on guitar. If Glenn ever leaves permanently let Billy plug in.

Does anyone know the name of the warm-up act?

Manchester show was more than I had anticipated, as Jukes overshadowed everything really. Such a wonderful event and memory. Seeing Johnny and the Jukes was something that kept me going and it was nice too see a little gathering turn into a crazy dance party :)

Manchester show was amazing, Jukes rocked, rolled and had a great time. Show turned into a dance party. Not a big crowd, maybe 250. Hard to get too (almost six hours from Ottawa where I live), nonetheless worth the effort to see Johnny and the Jukes

It was an excellent show, indeed. Added bonus was getting to talk to both Jeff and Goose before the show. Even though the crowd was on the small side, their enthusiasm more than made up for it.

How could he not do Havin' a Party? A little disappointed.

Hi Bob, Having a Party probably gets played at 7 out of every 10 shows (just my estimate), so you're likely to hear it next time. I'm sorry you were disappointed, but the setlist does vary wildly from night to night.

Would love to have a copy of that show, was a lot of fun and they have it because they played it the next day on E Street Radio.
My question for all of you on the inside, and I know there are some of you here, Will Johnny ever put this show up for sale? or is there some were to get it? Willing to pay.
Would love for Johnny to put all his shows up for sale on his site, was in Delaware to see them the night before the pony show and that was another great show I would love to hear again.
Thanks for listening to my babble hope to hear back.

oh I wish he would sell his shows!! Every night a different gig with great SSJ jokes thrown in. Cmon Uncle South!!
